The bed was heaven. The pool and hot tub were nice, and the breakfast was good. The hotel was clean, comfortable, quiet and the staff were all friendly and pleasant. It was a really nice stay.

Disliked: Nothing! A great stay.

This was a great stay. No surprise though, we have stayed here before. Great staff; good food - both evening and breakfast. We will return the next time we are in the area.

Disliked: We always have our smaller children birthday parties at this hotel. Maybe this hotel is under new management because they had a worker sitting at the pool monitoring whose swimming and what room number they are from (IT WAS NEVER THIS WAY) made us feel very uncomfortable! Then they told us we couldnt have extra people in our room because we were at capacity but there were other groups of people in this hotel with more than the capacity to their rooms but was not told the same as us! I stood in the lobby and watched and overheard several check-ins, and none of them were told what we were told. I would not recommend this hotel anymore. It used to be fun now, I feel like im watching over my back for someone to tell me oh you can't do this or you can't do that. This person can come and this person can't!
