Liked: The staff at the front desk were excellent!! I loved them!
Disliked: The one woman at breakfast was bothered when I asked for French vanilla cream! Last time the kitchen staff were exceptional! Also the woman bartender was little negative ! The male bartender is excellent!

Definitely a must stay!

Amazing experience

Liked: The Independence/ Blue Springs staff are AMAZING! They were so sweet and helpful. We showed up without reservations. We needed an accessible room, which none were available. We took another room for that night and the next day when we went down for breakfast, the concierge told us that one had come available... asked us if we wanted to switch rooms and we did it. The housekeeper helped me move our stuff. Going above and beyond is just amazing, with this staff!
Disliked: The location is close to youth baseball and softball fields, there were a lot of kids running around. But the staff did amazing with them calming on down, if you reported the kids playing with the elevators and running a muck in the hallways, staff got it under control with the parents quite quickly.
