One of the best stays...

Liked: The staff here was so nice, we asked for a recommendation one night and the gal was so helpful. The hotel was amazing. Not a single thing was wrong. The room was spotless and so comfortable. Most hotels you can hear everything in and outside the hotel. We couldn't hear a thing it was so peaceful. Would absolutely stay here again.
Disliked: Nothing was wrong, the only thing that would have been nice is if the breakfast maybe went to at least 10 instead of 9:30. But that was about my only complaint really.

Disliked: Great staff the first two nights. On the 3rd night I asked the staff to send up a towel and they asked me to come get it. I had kids in the room I didn’t want to leave alone or drag down to the lobby at 10:30 at night.

Sad

Liked: I liked that they offered adults “ a few drinks” was always doing family things so unfortunately, wasn’t able to take part.
Disliked: A couple things: the major thing, was going down the elevator and someone was stuck and couldn’t get out and was yelling for help at the top of their lungs. Unfortunately, his dog was caught up in the unfortunate accident and died in the elevator! I was present for the whole event!! The maintenance man and the “head hauncho” couldn’t open the elevator with crow bar and key for elevator. It was so sad and scary! Elevator was broken for a couple days but we refused to go up or down it for the rest of the time!! Super sketchy! Also there were know fans in the bathroom so in someone used the restroom everyone in the room would smell the uncomfortable smell! Gross!!

Nice Family Orientated Hotel. Pool...

Liked: Breakfast was lacking nothing, truly something for everyone ! Even for your pickest eater. they even have tortillas and shredded cheese , pancakes are made fresh in front of you the list goes on ! Eggs , sausage , bisquits , gravy , potatoes , waffles , bagels , muffins , yogurt , cereal , oat meal , grits and it's all Fresh!!
Disliked: Kick back hour maybe till 8 pm would be so nice! Otherwise no complaints here!
