It was like staying in a friend's home. Staff was super friendly and service was excellent.

Liked: Breakfast and happy hour were excellent.
Disliked: Nothing.

What a comfortable place to stay. Close to the action too. The sweet young girl from the front desk was such a hostess. (looked like Jenna Bush). Served people during breakfast and was so pleasant and helpful. The hotel staff got us a driver for the concert. It was great! Would definitely stay there again!

Liked: I loved how spacious the king suite was. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and the A/C was super cool. The staff was very welcoming and helpful at check in and check out.
Disliked: One policy I found odd was the purchasing of bottled water at the hotel. You could not just purchase water at the front desk with cash or card. It had to be added to the room. Not a big deal but, other options should be available.

Comfy beds, excellent AC, sad...

Liked: The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning working perfectly. The provided toiletries were nice. The staff was nice, friendly, and worked hard.
Disliked: The hotel definitely needs to be updated. It was clean, but definitely "tired" and run down. The breakfast was lacking and unkempt. The hotel worker tried his best to keep it up but he was overwhelmed. The choices weren't very good. The hot tub also did not work.

Liked: Front desk staff was very nice upon arrival. Hotel was well cleaned and room was comfortable. Pool was perfect for family.
Disliked: Breakfast was good but they didn’t have very many options, the only thing to drink was hot coffee so no cold drinks at all not even milk or juice.
