Overall is was a wonderful...

Liked: Mold was discovered around the ceiling above the TV. Toilet kept running after flush. Customer service was excellent but maintenance was not able to fix the running toilet. Overall is was a wonderful experience.
Disliked: Room prep with toilet should have been done when room was checked.

Liked: Rooms had strong marijuana and cigarette and sewage smells, switched rooms three times and ultimately just left, there were hairs on the bathroom towels. Staff was very nice and are going to reimburse me for the trouble.

Liked: I didnt enjoy this stay nor liked anything about this stay. Will never be back
Disliked: I paid for a king bed. Myself and husband get there an we get a king room an the t.v would not work i called the desk an told them an the only thing that could be done was get a double queen room because i was told all the king rooms were not available. I asked if because we paid for the entire time there for a king room would the price be cheaper he told me he couldnt cause we booked thru booking.com tht i would have to call them and see what can be done. Okay fine just give me a room so we can get some rest. We get the double queen room an all you smelled was smoke in the room. Horrible smell the whole night. Was told we would be move once king room was ready to go before 12pm the next morning. Which i did so at 10am went to front desk an was told room wasnt ready. So myself an husband went to get work done. At 7pm we finally was able to move to a king room an this room the a/c wouldnt go past 80 degrees. So told the desk an once again couldnt get that fixed cause no king rooms was available. This stay was horrible an i will not stay at this hotel again. Not to mention the smell of weed in this hotel is also horrible. as well as the keys wouldnt open the side doors so you had to either wait for someone to walk out or walk around to get inside to your room.

Disliked: This hotel charged me for 4 nights and I was only supposed to stay for two this hotel also charged me security deposit they took almost $450 from me and it'll take 3 to 5 business days to get it back I pray to God my money goes back into my account this was horrible
