This was my first experience with a Drury property. If I travel to another city where a Drury is located you can be sure that I'll be there. All around great experience.

Great stay! Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The room and hotel in general were very well cared for. I have already recommended the Drury to several friends and I will definitely stay there again when in Greensboro.

Very friendly staff
Liked: The staff are supper friendly, and it's clear that customers come first as a vision of the hotel. To me this is huge. I complained that there was a sound in the room that's bothering me, they moved me to another one without asking any questions. They have very nice breakfast and a complementary small dinner, a small but very nice pool and a gem.
Disliked: I booked a suite but there was a sound from the sealing and I moved to a nother double room because they were booked out. Parking can be a problem outside when the hotel is full.

Liked: I called at 7am and the hotel let me check in early. The front desk attendant was very cheerful and happy. When I got to the hotel the attendant was a great customer service representative I thought yes you get a gold star.
Disliked: I called the night before to book with the hotel front desk attendant. She said I have to call you back to check to see if we have a reservation. I had to be at least 15-20min and I thought well maybe she?s with another custom. I called back each time the same women answered the phone and put me one hold. I know I called over 6 times and at first I thought she did not know how to put me on home without hanging up. Then I just book through the internet. That pissed me off but I never reported it. I asked if I could check in early and she told me she worked night shift and she would not be there to answer that question, and to call back in the morning. I ignore this older lady and thought God please help her because she needs to retire. I thought it was piss poor customer service. But I work in the hospital with the public all night and sometimes you Kuwaiti away from people so they can not stop I?ll your joy.

Liked: Everything!! Our suite was beautiful! It was our 2nd stay and each experience gets better and better. The food bar and drink bar is a big hit!!!!

Liked: Very clean Great staff.
Disliked: Our room faced the atrium, we could hear guests in the lounge area. They were loud, it was 600 am on Saturday, and we could hear the elevator up and down as well.

Liked: The front desk clerk Nicole is so personable with all and endearing in the mornings, I sat my briefcase with laptop down to go outside and came back, she had it behind the desk in the office and asked me questions that only I would know to retrieve it back. Great Job Nicole!!!
Disliked: This is the only Drury I have ever been too that doesn?t offer the 3 drinks each evening at kick back. And the shots are really minimal, we were all surprised and disappointed especially since it was Homecoming weekend and we are all trying to celebrate, without leaving.
