Drury Inn & Suites Flagstaff

The staff were professional and courteous. We checked in early and they provided us with a free room upgrade. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was delicious too. Parking was not an issue either.

Liked: Staff courteous and we were treated to an upgrade.
Disliked: Nothing.

Great experience overall. Highly recommended stay. I enjoyed a concert at the Orpheum Theater, and the hotel is an easy 10 minute walk to downtown Flagstaff. I will stay at Drury upon my next visit to Flagstaff.

Liked: The kickback and drinks were great, along with the breakfast. The rooms are great and comfortable. The terrace is a nice addition to the room and enjoyed with great weather.
Disliked: No low points. Staff were helpful and polite.

The only negative I can come up with was the crazy scene around the free food / happy hour. There are way better options to eat and drink in Flagstaff, especially compared to trying to fight your way through the crowd trying to take full advantage of free food. Room was very nice; good noise proofing; comfy bed.

Liked: Breakfast was very nice.
Disliked: The microwave was a bit wonky? The train noise was a bit distracting.

Poor, would not stay there...

Liked: Mattress was old. Room dated but clean.
Disliked: When we arrived, buss load of visitors arrived. Overwhelmed the whole place. No place to sit for the evening meal. Had to park in the attached garage facility. Just not a very pleasant experience after a long day of driving.
