Drury Inn & Suites Flagstaff

The staff were professional and courteous. We checked in early and they provided us with a free room upgrade. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was delicious too. Parking was not an issue either.

Liked: Staff courteous and we were treated to an upgrade.
Disliked: Nothing.

Great experience overall. Highly recommended stay. I enjoyed a concert at the Orpheum Theater, and the hotel is an easy 10 minute walk to downtown Flagstaff. I will stay at Drury upon my next visit to Flagstaff.

Liked: The kickback and drinks were great, along with the breakfast. The rooms are great and comfortable. The terrace is a nice addition to the room and enjoyed with great weather.
Disliked: No low points. Staff were helpful and polite.

The only negative I can come up with was the crazy scene around the free food / happy hour. There are way better options to eat and drink in Flagstaff, especially compared to trying to fight your way through the crowd trying to take full advantage of free food. Room was very nice; good noise proofing; comfy bed.

Disliked: I was charged a cleaning fee for dog hair that was found even though it was only me and my wife that stayed. We don't have any pets at all but we were charged the fee and called them about it and said nothing can be done. I even stated to check the camaras to see that we didn't have any pets and was told there's no camara on the hallway just the lobby
