Disliked: Happy hour too busy.
Jeff, Mesa, visiting Orpheum Theatre Flagstaff Thu, 14 June 2018
Great experience overall. Highly recommended stay. I enjoyed a concert at the Orpheum Theater, and the hotel is an easy 10 minute walk to downtown Flagstaff. I will stay at Drury upon my next visit to Flagstaff.
Liked: The kickback and drinks were great, along with the breakfast. The rooms are great and comfortable. The terrace is a nice addition to the room and enjoyed with great weather.
Disliked: No low points. Staff were helpful and polite.

The only negative I can come up with was the crazy scene around the free food / happy hour. There are way better options to eat and drink in Flagstaff, especially compared to trying to fight your way through the crowd trying to take full advantage of free food. Room was very nice; good noise proofing; comfy bed.
Liked: Decent price for semi to high end place.
Disliked: Nothing really.

Disliked: It is right in NAU campus, across from NAU conference center. The high traffic was such negative point for us who just touring Flagstaff and Grand Canyon.

Liked: Excellent property! Loved the fact that they provided free dinner and free breakfast. Tony was really helpful when we checked in. Staff are really polite. Flagstaff is about 1.5hrs away from the Grand Canyon. Parking is available either right outside the hotel or in a parking garage next door (use your room key basically).

Liked: We loved the suite. Very spacious and comfortable. Loved the university/historic town feel in the mountains. Only 45 min to an hour from places we visited: sunset crater, meteor crater, dinosaur tracks in Tuba City, Bearazona, Lowell observatory, and of course the Grand Canyon. And loved breakfast and evening snacks/drinks! No hotel I?ve ever been to does complimentary evening snacks and drinks, very nice touch!

Not as comfortable as prior...
Liked: The bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: Upon check in, I was given the wrong room keys. When I got to my room, the bathroom walls had animal or human hair by the shower area. The 2nd door lock did not work, so I placed a chair at door to alert me if anyone entered room. Lastly, the hallways could have used a proper vacuuming.

Will not recommend it to...
Liked: The bed
Disliked: I called down to the front desk and asked for a rollaway bed. Me and my family went out to dinner and came back there was no rollaway bed. And I did not appreciate the front desk attendant assuming that I was there to have a drinkinparty, when the individuals Checking out before me did not get the same treatment. Given that I am Native American might have been the reason. Also didn?t like that the restroom has no fan and is bigger than the room where the beds are.

Liked: This place was great. No issues, no complaints. Staff was exceptionally friendly. Very spacious and well-equipped rooms. They even had a free buffet at dinner with free drinks. A first for us. Would rate this place an 11 if I could.
