Drury Inn & Suites Flagstaff

The staff were professional and courteous. We checked in early and they provided us with a free room upgrade. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was delicious too. Parking was not an issue either.

Liked: Staff courteous and we were treated to an upgrade.
Disliked: Nothing.

Disliked: Happy hour too busy.

Great experience overall. Highly recommended stay. I enjoyed a concert at the Orpheum Theater, and the hotel is an easy 10 minute walk to downtown Flagstaff. I will stay at Drury upon my next visit to Flagstaff.

Liked: The kickback and drinks were great, along with the breakfast. The rooms are great and comfortable. The terrace is a nice addition to the room and enjoyed with great weather.
Disliked: No low points. Staff were helpful and polite.

The only negative I can come up with was the crazy scene around the free food / happy hour. There are way better options to eat and drink in Flagstaff, especially compared to trying to fight your way through the crowd trying to take full advantage of free food. Room was very nice; good noise proofing; comfy bed.

Liked: Decent price for semi to high end place.
Disliked: Nothing really.

Liked: We were just staying for a few hours waiting for our train (5 minutes by taxi) and the Kickstarter happy hour worked out perfectly
Disliked: Can't complain about anything - wish we could have stayed longer to have the Very Good Breakfast

Superb Hotel.

Liked: Nice breakfast, variety of options. And the added basic dinner was just a bonus that makes the stay just a little more special.

The Drury provided a first...

Liked: We were so delighted when we found out there was a buffet supper with complimentary drinks. It saved us from going out to eat and just staying t the hotel. Many choices were provided. The buffet breakfast was very very good. Our room was excellent. We were onthe 6th floor and loved it.
Disliked: No complaints. One thing the toilet seat was loose. Otherwise we were comfortable.

Lovely facility which I will...

Liked: Everything was wonderful. I wish the staff had pointed out that my free drink was only available from 5:30 until 7. I missed it!
Disliked: My only real complaint is the dog fee. $65 is unreasonable. If $50 was refunded if there was no damage, that would be reasonable. I will probably never stay here again because of it. I generally pay $20. Some facilities are even free. TOO HIGH!!!
