Liked: I liked the fact I stayed 1 night and checked out the next but got charged for both nights even tho I checked out on the 14th but still got charged till the 15th how awesome
Disliked: The fact I got charged for 2 nights when I only stayed for one due to an unexpected death in the family and the fact I've tried to reach out and contact someone and noone seems to be available to help me get my money back for the one night never going through booking.com again

Liked: Clean and good breakfast. Comfortable beds.
Disliked: I wish the happy hour lasted longer so we could attend after BGSU Cheer practice.

Hottub great if they keep...

Liked: breakfast needs more fruits and veggies. fresh ones. Not so much greasy food. Then your other choice is breads/pastries/sugar stuff. Needs more variances.
Disliked: greasy food and carbs.
