Liked: I wish I got front desk ladies name, she told us pool was down and asked if we wanted to get a different hotel. She was so wonderful we decided to stay and so glad we did, we will be using this hotel every time we come for soccer.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing!!

One of the best experiences...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent and had the best coffee ever! I would love to be able to buy that coffee so I could use it at home. The rooms were immaculate and the beds extremely comfortable. Cannot wait to return to this property.

Liked: They made it incredibly difficult to check in. Have been there several times before. Booked room for girlfriend and son and they wouldn’t let them check in even though their names were on reservation and they had the credit card from account in hand. There is no reason to make it that difficult
