Liked: The pool exceeded my kids expectations. It was clean and we stayed during the week so my kids were the only ones in the pool. Probably one of the best hotel pools.
Disliked: The pool doesn't open until 9:00 am which is a bit late for my early risers.

Disliked: Everything else. I paid $330 for a below average room. Insane! Although the pool and hot tub have signs saying they limit the number of people in them at a time. Nope. There were at least 20 people crammed in the hot tub and another 20-30 crammed in the super freezing pool

Liked: The free breakfast and evening appetizers were awesome!
Disliked: Parking spots were very small. Plenty of parking just minimal space for larger vehicles.

Liked: The safety, meals, positive vibe of this place is just right!!
Disliked: The big pool was quite cold and dirty due to it being an indoor/ outdoor shared pool. If that could be addressed or improved, this is my favorite hotel ever!!

Disliked: I stayed for 1 night & was charged $50 3 times. The next day I noticed the charges & called the hotel. I spoke to a manager and she assured me they made a mistake & i'll be refunded. I call again later & get told it will stay charged on my account.

Liked: Rooms were very clean. Included breakfast, dinner, and adult beverages. Staff was super friendly. Definitely well worth the cost.
Disliked: Pool and hot tub were a bit merky. They had it closed one day, maybe trying to correct chemicals?
