Liked: The hotel was nice, rooms were good! Everyone was very friendly and helpful! Breakfast and the 5:30 buffet with drinks was a bonus I didn't realize we had.
Disliked: The elevator was broken so it was a long wait time to get up to our room or down to leave. This was not a reflection or any fault of the staff, as we heard any bad reviews bc of the elevator affected pay for staff, which I think is ridiculous! We had plans during the 5:30 buffet with drinks every day so we weren't able to utilize that or our drink tickets. Would have been nice to be able to get at least one drink outside that timeframe with our drink tickets since we weren't able to be there during those times!

Disappointing

Liked: The room was nice and clean.
Disliked: My check in time was for 3pm,.I couldn't check in until 430pm. There was only one elevator. I was told I could get two pack and plays, when I called days before but only could get one at check in. We missed the free complimentary drinks, due to late check in and only one working elevator. Was told they would take off some.money from my bill due to the inconvenience but it never happened
