Disliked: That only one elevator was working. The hotel was full but only one elevator made it long wait times to catch it

Liked: Always love the value of the Buffett dinner and breakfast. Location to where we needed to be was good.
Disliked: Staff didn’t care about me AT FIRST, because I booked 3rd party (Booking.com). Their comps were down nationwide so everyone was having a bad time checking in. I booked the last hotel room which they told me was overbooked after waiting an hour. Was told initially nothing they could do that my card was denied. Then told that they had no rooms for me from the manager or GM honestly forgot his name. After a while of going back and forth I finally was given the board room which was fine. Was given a discount price (prob supposed to fix everything). Elevator 2 didn’t work so made for 10+ minute waits. Bc of location of my room right by the stairs all I heard was kids running up and downstairs all night long. Slept barely 2 hours each night. After Eating dinner the 2nd night around 7pm our group of basketball girls encountered a drunk man who cussed them out in the hallway and approached young 12/13 year olds without an adult around as they were coming down to us. That guy then called the front office staff and said that our kids were running the halls the night before and dingdongnditching AGAIN THE NIGHT BEFORE SUPPOSEDLY. Front desk guy who was super nice until this moment came up to us parents no kids in site and said so someone just called and complained that a group of kids was running around knocking on doors last night I just want to remind you blah blah blah. He did not approach any other parents and had no clue if it was our kids or not (WHICH IT WASNT AS THEY HAD been in room since 8:30pm night before). There were 100s of kids staying there. He singled us out.
