Best hotel experience we have...

Liked: it started with the staff, we were greeted by the front desk folks and they were very friendly. the room was amazing. the value for the room was amazing as well. we also loved the bathroom soaps being provided, this is something we tend to forget. We will be staying in a Drury Inn again, that is for certain.
Disliked: I cannot think of anything that we didn't like. Maybe I would complain about the channel selection on the TV, but that is it.

Liked: How well your staff handle everything. Making sure I had a an easy check in and out process. The staff made food bar was very clean and never aloud food to run during all the meals. The best I've seen in a long time. Expand your hotel chain. Need your hotel all over. Please thank your staff for the excellent customer service.

Liked: Decent location, safe, had a little happy hour with food drinks which was cool, will def be staying again next time I’m in town. Charlotte hotels can be really hit or miss, especially when you’re on a bit of a budget, very much enjoyed this one
