Liked: I’ve stayed at this hotel after attending a Kendrick Lamar concert not only the concert was amazing but coming back to lay my head at this place was a relaxing way to end my night

Liked: Location was definitely the top for us. Right across from the mall. The parking lot was very easy to get in and out. Beds were comfortable. Room was very spacious!
Disliked: We was a late arrival after contacting them to let them know the approximate arrival time. Upon arrival the doors were lock and no one in sight. Another guest did let us in. We stood in the lobby for along time waiting check in.

Liked: The convenient location, all the amenities, the free breakfast AND free dinnertime snack meal and drinks.
Disliked: The parking lot had some areas that didn’t have as much lighting as others and it was noticeable in those areas.

Liked: I like the idea of the two complementary afternoon drinks and free food for the family, but was not able to take full advantage of it due to the large number of you teams staying at the same hotel
Disliked: For both elevators to be operational, one was broke down, having to take stairs up to the fourth floor not cool
