Liked: The staff was friendly
Disliked: My jacuzzi king suite was dirty when I arrived and housekeeping had to come clean my room again. After reading the website and how they were taking cleaning precautions to do more cleaning, I was shocked to see no surfaces had been wiped down, hair on the toilet, dirty shower, and dirty mirrors.

Liked: Shower was full of hair but the staff came immediately and cleaned. Stay was comfortable I would recommend 100%

Disliked: Something got missing that I left in my room has NOT been returned to me.

Overall the hotel is nice...

Disliked: I didn?t like that the first room i went to had a million little black bugs flying around and then we got the second room and the air conditioning was leaking from the ceiling
