Relax a Bit

Liked: The staff was amazing from checking in to telling us about the dinner tochecking out. VERY FRIENDLY STAFF!!! Bed was oh so comfortable. The jacuzzi was everything!
Disliked: N/A

Just ok

Liked: Very nice area and good access to the parkway.
Disliked: The carpet in out room smelt like foot, there was no vent in the bathroom / toilet area….i had to purchase a room deodorizer.

Liked: Didnt have room I ordered, but they made it right with me and my family The hotel offered free dinner and drinks for adults. Staff was always asking about my state and how to improve overall very happy will always recommend to other.
Disliked: There was no events going on in town, the hotel seemed pretty packed trying to use the hot tub or pool was a little annoying no local gas station within a mile coffee tasted like crap but overall would still recommend

Would stay again!! Don't leave...

Exceptional

Liked: From the moment we walked in the door, service was perfection. We arrived in time for happy hour after a long drive and was amazed and pleased with what was included. Room was clean and comfortable. Pet friendly was a bonus and the staff were so kind. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful. Many hotels need to look to the Drury Inn and Suites Charlotte for example of how to provide a great experience and customer service. Will definitely recommend and stay when in the area.
Disliked: No complaints. Exceeded my expectations.

Liked: Very clean and vibrant
Disliked: I was only there for the 3 hours before I was asked to leave the hotel for a reason I thought it was unfair. I didn't get the chance to enjoy all the good things.
