Poor

Liked: Well, the property is great. The facility itself is wonderful that me and my husband were there to relax and they were completely booked. The pool had so many children in it. We couldn’t even get in it the hot tub with overflowing with kids so we went upstairs and tried to relax in the room.
Disliked: Well, when we went upstairs to relax in the room, the air wouldn’t go down below 74° so I go downstairs and they hand me a box fan so I asked them to give me a refund and I checked out because they could not move me because they were booked I didn’t pay $300 to do nothing and sit in a hot room with a box fan.
