We enjoyed our stay. Front desk was very helpful with getting us a cab to and from the venue and it was very nice to be right behind a convenient store. We would absolutely stay here again.
Liked: Comfortable beds; great room.

Pleasant
Liked: Breakfast was good. Not a a lot of choice but what they had was good.
Disliked: Problem was with the dinner staff and especially the drink server. She had a lot of attitude and put one inch of beer in the glass the the rest was foam. When I handed it back she poured it out and wanted to punch the drink card again to refill it. The floor sounded like I was sleeping at the kennel. Lots of barking dogs.

They have very nice facilities...
Liked: The heated indoor/outdoor pool was god and the reason we booked the hotel.
Disliked: I asked for a beer from the complimentary social hour and I got a cup with one inch of beer and the rest was foam. I handed it back and told the attendant that this was mostly empty and she took it and poured it out. She wanted to take another one off the drink ticket to pour another so I asked for a double whiskey sour with the remaining two credits. She did not put any whiskey in the drink only sour and served it to me. Breakfast was better. there were a number of barking dogs on the floor and one right next door that barked all through the night.

Wonderful staff
Liked: The staff was exceptional helpful. Able to check in early and had dinner on-site which made it nice vs having to get out after long day of travel

Overall it was great dispute...
Liked: Room was nice, staff was nice, breakfast was good. Overall everything was okay
Disliked: The check in was supposed to be at 3 and we didn?t get into a room until almost 4:30. The rooms trash was left from the previous guest and there were no bags in the trash cans in the room. Other than that it was fine.

Disappointment from the incredibly rude...
Liked: Great location and amenities. The happy hour was a nice perk and the bartender was a super kind man. The jacuzzi tub filled up super fast and was relaxing for my pregnant wife.
Disliked: we called 2 days before checkin, because my wife is 39 weeks pregnant and is in a high risk scenario to verify what time our room would be available. they told us our room would be ready at 3pm, so We arrived appprox 330, and were told we needed to wait 30min for our room in the lobby. After sitting for 45min I checked back in and they said we don't don't when your room will be ready. The front desk staff was incredibly rude and unorganized, while we waited we watched at least 50 people ahead of us check in. Around 630pm they finally gave us our room. When we checked in it was supposed to be for 3 nights, they only checked us in 1 night and told us no problem just come tomorrow and we will activate your key for the next 2 nights. The next morning I go down and they tell me they made an error and we had to check out of the room and wait in the lobby again for another undetermined amount of time. I told them it wasn't acceptable and I was canceling. It took the threatening of cancelation before they fixed the situation. The whole time the staff talks down to everyone like they are doing everyone a favor vs in customer service. Literally every staff member was rude, including the ladies serving the food. At breakfast you form a line to get food. I was waiting on 2 yogurts and put my plate on a wood counter that was NOT blocked off at all and the serving lady screamed at me saying you don't put food there and then grabbed the line divider and picked it up and moved it in my way. She was screaming and staring at me like she was Samuel L Jackson. I found it humorous and that only made her even angrier. The whole linr at breakfast said she was nuts. The only staff member that was kind and cool was the bartender, everyone else had the worst attitude I've ever encountered in a hotel that is supposed to be held in this regard.
