Liked: Customer/guest services were great. The staff was very friendly and kind. Wendy at the front was very sweet and 2 other staff members gave great food recs.
Disliked: My room was next to the elevator, so I could hear the dings way too much. My room refrigerator kept running in the middle of the night, so my sleep was constantly disturbed. The ironing board was broken, and I had to call room service to get an iron replacement as it was not heating properly. They sent someone up to give me a new one immediately. So I'm not complaining, just informing you of what I didn't like.

We had a great stay...

Liked: Kick back and Breakfast were excellent. Made our stay really worthwhile, will be looking for Drury stays from now on.
Disliked: Pillows could have been a firmer because bed was really comfortable but pillows made it so you woke up with back pain.

Great Hotel

Liked: Everything, breakfast, happy hour on Saturday, room was perfectly clean, service is excellent, parking good, atention was very professional and kind.
Disliked: Gym is little but is OK, for foreign people it will be good have a security box in the room.
