Liked: Staff was kind and helpful. Rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The only issue was the ventilation in the bathroom. The fan did not work so the bathroom was very stuffy after a shower.

Liked: Not only breakfast, but also "snacks" which was more of a dinner and up to three drinks at the bar were included with the room. Housekeeping came every day (which we've had issues in the past at other hotels with not getting towels or trash taken out).
Disliked: It got a little loud at times due to other people's children running down the halls and dogs barking, as it is a pet friendly hotel.
