Liked: I was completing a road trip and needed a place to stay overnight that accepted dogs. It’s the only reason I picked this place. The hotel feels more like a hostel. It is dreary looking and outdated. The staff, however, were wonderful and accommodating. They helped find a room on the first floor for me as I was traveling with a senior dog.
Disliked: As I stated, it is dreary looking. Breakfast was of low quality. I traveled with a small dog and didn’t know I had to pay an extra $50 on top of the room rate for one night, which is excessive. Generally, hotels that market themselves as pet friendly should offer competitive rates that include pet stays at least for one night. Had I known the additional cost, I would’ve stayed at a better rated hotel.
