Lovely hotel, very reasonably priced...

Liked: We stayed at the Ballykelly the night after surgery at Kingsbridge. The hotel is lovely and really well situated, literally across the road. The staff were lovely and friendly too, we are in the bar that night, portions were HUGE and delicious, very reasonably priced for such an amount. The selection of breads fruits and cereals and juices for breakfast were yummy.
Disliked: The only one niggle I had was the cooked food for breakfast was overdone (potato bread and sausage were burned)

Exceptional

Liked: Hotel was comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was a great size and comfortable. Great portions on the evening menu options, food was good. Breakfast was lovely, great hot and cold options. Staff are a Credit to the hotel from the front desk to the bar to breakfast to the cleaner who helped us rescue a forgotten toy after we had checked out.Ideal location for the hospital. Will be sure to stay again when we're back.Great price for the stay, hotel showing it's age in parts but that's where the history is.
