Liked: Amazing location, house and grounds. Very short drive to city centre. Large room

Liked: Nice big building and easy to get with the code.
Disliked: Stuff was kinda rude when contacting before arrival. And the while place need a proper clean. The cobwebs were a bit terrifying.

Last minute deal, a place...

Liked: Was traveling through, so was in and out in 14 hours. Last minute deal.
Disliked: My room was very tired, room 3, needs a full decoration, bathroom needs a make over too. Floors and skirting lifting from damp, mold around shower. Not inviting. Outside doesn’t look appealing, needs a good tidy up, had to check I was in the right place. Pictures must be taken some time ago.

Beautiful stay, peaceful!, quiet

Liked: Everything nothing was out of places rooms were amazing, Staff were amazing and ppace is beautiful. Well worth every penny!
Disliked: Nothing was a negative

Disappointing

Disliked: Dirty, old and not well maintained. One of the two towels had pretty nasty stains, but since there is no reception we couldn’t ask to change it.

Liked: Great spot, nice location plenty of parking. Easy access to town. Room was spacious & clean.
Disliked: Would be nice to have a human at reception, just lacking that personal touch.

Suitable for one night

Liked: The beds were comfy with clean sheets, the water was hot in the shower, and the room was spacious. It worked fine for us as we just needed a place to stay one night as we traveled through.
Disliked: The room had the bare necessities and hadn't been updated or any work put into it for a while. There were stains on the walls that needed to be repainted, and dirt in the grout in the bathroom, not really any decor.

Liked: i liked the location it was quiet surrounded by trees. but only 5 or 10mins away from city.
Disliked: i dont like to critisize but if i was to put anything. juat the bathroom needs a little modernising or cleaning the grout etc. i know its an old house so dont expect too much. otherwise it was a really great place and i would stay again.
