I would possibly stay again...

Liked: My Dad & I had our own rooms & stayed for 3 nights in the winter. Comfortable bed, great TV and heating in the room. It was well equipped with microwave, toaster, kettle, plates and cutlery.....although perhaps a steak knife or 2 for slicing fruit etc. complimentary tea & coffee with a pack of biscuits and a couple of chocolates, always a winner. The staff & management were hardworking and very polite, they tried to ensure our stay was pleasant.
Disliked: The hot water system definitely needs an upgrade. The water temperature ranged from lukewarm to barely hot, never had to mix in cold water. The one time it felt hot when getting under the water it rapidly declined in temperature. Management explained it could be too many guests showering at once but I feel in a motel environment hot water should always be available. I would of rated my stay much higher if the water was hot.

Liked: The property is located between Drouin and Warragul which is fine. Lady at reception was friendly
Disliked: The property is tired. Carpets filthy, blanket if you were cold had holes in it. Shower head needs fixed. Paid 315 dollars for two nights should have gone elsewhere. We used 2 glasses one plate and a bowl the next day they left us a tea towel and dish soap to do our dishes. It’s not a caravan park. Bed was not made no problems only two nights but still. Would not stay there again.
