Liked: Stylish and well located. The in-house restaurant Mezal is excellent. Shame they don’t open for breakfast.
Disliked: The online check-in process required acceptance of the $40 resort fee before completing. Quite unfair to pay the resort fee if not intending to use the pool. Booking.com should review its policies on forced resort fees, since they make headline comparisons in hotel prices difficult at best, deceptive at worst.

Liked: Beautiful. Serene. Comfortable beds. Well stocked bar. Very close walk to Palm Canyon Drive where it’s at. Pool: warm and quiet. Efficient check in and check out without any human contact. Concierge appears to be AI.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: The design of the property, the food at the restaurant was delicious, staff was great and the rooms were so so cozy.

A little oasis in palm...

Liked: The room was great and we had close access to the pool which was very convenient. It was also nice to have the restaurant so close by. The design of the room was very modern and stylish.
Disliked: The beds were way too soft. There was also no microwave and quite a few items that you would expect in the kitchen were missing.

Disliked: We stayed in a king studio, the room whilst decorated lovely, was a small room with nowhere to put your suitcases. I tried to book a late checkout on our final day, but no one responded, and there is no reception to talk to or contact. Email responded with an out of office message. Still awaiting a reply
