Built in 1894 by the Art Nouveau architect Ignaz Drapala this 3-star hotel offers a central location in the immediate vicinity of the Vienna State Opera the Museum Quarter and the Naschmarkt (open-air market). Excellent choice for short term...

Liked: Very clean, very nice location.
Disliked: Scrabbled eggs were very bad for me but it’s a matter of taste. Did not like the smell of them at all!

Rude staff, zero support, and...

Liked: Nothing to like at this hotel!
Disliked: Absolutely no customer service! The entire hotel seems to rely on one person – unfriendly, unapproachable, and unwilling to answer any questions. They refused to acknowledge an issue that was clearly not our fault and offered no help whatsoever. On top of that, the Wi-Fi barely works. Definitely not recommended!
