Rude staff, zero support, and...

Liked: Nothing to like at this hotel!
Disliked: Absolutely no customer service! The entire hotel seems to rely on one person – unfriendly, unapproachable, and unwilling to answer any questions. They refused to acknowledge an issue that was clearly not our fault and offered no help whatsoever. On top of that, the Wi-Fi barely works. Definitely not recommended!

The location was close enough...

Liked: During our stay room wasn't clean and no fresh towels were provided. When I call reception I've been told that I didn't leave towels on the floor… and I have to go down to the reception and collect the fresh towels.. I tried to explain to the man that our room wasn't clean at all...
Disliked: Room service

Great value and good location

Liked: Great location right next to museums, inner city and Naschamarkt: you live more like a local but are close to everything. One can walk to many sights and public transportation is close by too. The hotel is an old classical 3 stars with historic building, everything taken good care of and perfect breakfast. Comfortable sleep, cleanliness - what else would one want on a sightseeing trip?
Disliked: There was nothing - we enjoyed our stay.

Liked: Everything was great! The room and the whole place were spotless. I loved the view from the window and the location was super convenient. Breakfast was delicious and very satisfying.The staff were incredibly kind and always smiling – such a lovely surprise!I’d definitely consider staying here again.
Disliked: I honestly can't think of a single negative thing to say.

Liked: Everything was very clean and the location was perfect!
Disliked: The pipes in the bathroom smelled a little bad but I guess it was due to the many consecutive days of sun and so the pipes dry more than usual.
