Liked: Breakfast was alright and if book in advance 85 quid a night is a bargain. Easy to find and quiet.

Liked: Central, clean and friendly staff. Great value for money
Disliked: Not much could have been better. Extra condiments for a 3 night stay (more coffee in room) but these were given straight away at reception when asked

Affordable hotel with safe surroundings...

Liked: As a female solo traveler, I felt safe walking at night to this hotel since it’s close to the tube station. TV and airconditioning worked in my room and it was nice for one person! Staff was nice aswell and I could leave my baggage there before checking in and after checking out. This hotel is also perfect if you’re visiting BST Hyde Park.
Disliked: The bathroom was small

Disliked: Dingy to get to room. Allowed only one key to rooom. Two people going out at different times one had no key to return to room

Decent value for money.

Liked: Location is ideal, very close to Kensington and Hyde Park, and right next to a tube station, so easy access to anywhere in London. The bed was big and quite comfortable, and the room had a kettle, an iron and toothpaste/toothbrushes in the bathroom. Value for money
Disliked: The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest - there was still rubbish in the bin when we came in and the shower had dirt on the floor. The room is comfortable, but cramped in space
