Liked: Close to the tube station
Disliked: On arrival I was given the key to my room but when I opened the door someone else was already in the room.

Comfortable Hotel 5 minute walk...

Liked: My room had a corridor entrance with storage and a desk and chair separate from the bedroom which made it feel very spacious. It was also close to the lift, which is what I requested.The Hotel is just a 5 minute walk from Earls Court Underground, a huge bonus for getting around London.

Liked: - very close to the earl’s court tube station.- good aircon.- complimentary biscuits.- TV had netflix.- came with little toothbrush, shower cap & toothpaste. - bed & pillows were comfortable.

Liked: Staff were absolutely excellent, stayed here for 1 night as I had a concert booked and was able to check in around 11pm which was great and they stored our bags too which was nice. It’s in a great location and great value for money would definitely recommend for a quick stay in the city. Rooms are clean and have all basic needs met.

Liked: Location was ideal for what we wanted. Just a few mins walk from earls court. Most importantly although very high off the ground, the bed was very comfortable. Helpful staff.
Disliked: When we arrived it was quite late. It wasn't until the morning where we realised the air con was making a funny noise, broken tile on the bathroom floor, tv didn't work. All were addressed to the staff in the morning and were sorted promptly.
