Liked: This roadside motel was a delightful surprise—clean, cozy, and perfectly placed downtown. From morning walks to the Saturday farmers market to a short stroll to the Kam Wah Chung Museum, everything was just steps away.There was a pub across the parking lot, and the nearby grocery store made stocking up super convenient. The genuinely friendly staff made it feel more like a local gem than a stopover.If you’re looking for convenience, and a bit of local flavor, this spot hits the mark.

Very plesant and a decent...

Liked: We were assigned a very spacious room with a compact kitchenette that included a small sink, a compact 4 burner stove, and a minifridge. There was also a small microwave and a real bonus was a recliner! The room was quiet and we enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: The turntable in the microwave didn't move but we were still able to make popcorn in it.

Liked: We traveled here by motorcycles and the location is perfect. We liked it so much we stayed a 2nd night. Several restaurants are very close in walking distance. The proprietor is extermely nice and accommodating. The beds were comfy, the wifi worked great, nice size flat screen tv ... Price was reasonable for the area and I liked it better than the Best Western that is nearby we stayed at 2 years ago.
Disliked: Not much to complain about, as others have mentioned the property is dated but clean and well kept.
