Liked: Very comfortable BnB in a well maintained historic home. The location is perfect, walking distance from downtown and the waterfront. Great place, would definitely stay here again next time we visit Wilmington.

Liked: Breakfast was exceptional our host Sherry was awesome! Property is very well kept and in a great location for walking to shops and restaurants. The beds are super comfortable and the house is set in a quiet location surrounded by other historic homes.
Disliked: Bathroom with tub could be difficult to get in and out

Liked: Instructions were concise and easy to follow. Nice location and breakfast was wonderful.
Disliked: No on site parking. Parking on adjacent streets was easy to find though.

Liked: Highly recommend, it’s the cutest property and Sherry was truly a wonderful host. She was so welcoming and accommodating. We were there for my birthday and she managed to organise and cook up an amazing spread and set it up at the patio.

Disliked: Check in was a disaster. No messages were ever send, no one present at the property at arrival. Other guests had to let us in and ring the manager, who just gave instructions on the phone. WiFi never worked, dead cockroach in our room.

Liked: The house was very beautiful, and the location extremely convenient. Check-in and check-out were also smooth and flexible, which we really appreciated.However, we were quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. On the very first day, the floor was already dusty and not properly cleaned. Even worse, the room was not cleaned at all on the second day—no fresh towels, no change of bed sheets, and we couldn’t even take a shower. We reached out to the hosts, but unfortunately, nothing was done to address the issue (I still have the email exchange as proof).Another point of disappointment was the breakfast. It was advertised as both vegetarian and vegan, but when we asked the staff on the first morning, we were told that only vegan options were available and that they did not serve vegetarian food. As a result, we couldn’t have breakfast there and had to look for another place.Overall, my husband and I were really disappointed by the experience, despite the lovely setting and convenient location.
