Really lovely B&B in an...

Liked: This was a beautiful spot in an old Taos neighborhood, with massive trees and a lovely garden to relax in. The room was very comfortable and the breakfasts were delicious. A little bit of a walk to the Plaza, but definitely walkable. We really enjoyed it and would stay there again.
Disliked: We didn't refill our coffee for the room, be sure you do that.

Liked: The property was well kept and tranquil, providing a great atmosphere. The overall layout of the rooms was good, but there were too many items in the rooms which made them cramped.

Disliked: Only allowed 30 min time frame for breakfast. ie: 8:30-9:00An hour would have been better for us

Unsanitary conditions, poorly managed

Liked: The grounds were pretty.
Disliked: Multiple problems: No soap in the bathroom and no kleenex. Katchina room has a serious beetle problem, dozens of them crawling on the walls, floors and window sills. The mini-fridge froze all the food I lost all my groceries. The TV and Wireless during my two day stay. Room lighting was so dim that I could not read. No housekeeping even tho Booking description says it's daily. My friend's room was not made up when she arrived. This is a sub-standard lodging that happens to have attractive room furnishings but it is poorly managed and very poor hospitality. I wrote TWO emails to the management about the problems and they never responded.
