Great location, helpful staff, clean...

Liked: Friendly helpful staff, kept our bikes safe, small but well planed out room, clean.
Disliked: Pool. All metal fittings in pool were completely rusted. Looked very unappealing, large brown spots under water. Mosaic tiles in front of stairs were coming off, some poorly grouted back in, black and dirty grout. Pool furniture cushions were very dirty, spotted and darkened. Clearly not a good choice for high traffic use. No longer any greenery/palm trees.

Liked: Loved the location and cleanliness of hotel. Staff was very friendly
Disliked: Didn't like that we were charged $150 for sheets. My husband had a cut on leg n got blood on sheets. Thought that amount was alot.

Liked: Location in the middle of art deco area and close to south beach
Disliked: It was very noisy in the evening as in the middle of part area

Crappy hotel in a good...

Liked: The hotel is in a good location near the beach and lots of restaurants.
Disliked: The hotel is old and kinda dirty. The rooms are super small. The room I stayed was extremely dark with no sunlight. The only external light being a harsh neon light. There was also a very annoying, thumping sounds from a bar/club until around 1am.

Great location, lovely staff

Liked: The location was excellent. The rooftop pool and bar were wonderful. The staff were all lovely and very helpful.
Disliked: The one lift in the second building was very slow.
