Good trip good location but...

Liked: Location and valet
Disliked: Front desk rude and tried to rip us off, room was $20 more per clerk for higher floor and early check - we just asked them to hold our bags until check in. The floor was crooked bed & pillows uncomfortable and room dirty with dusty window sills. It took 10 minutes to get hot water. On Friday morning the entire hotel became a trap house! Music from lobby DJ so loud you could hear it up stairs and on the street. Then they held our bags before afternoon flight and listened to one for period of time. This place needs management and is far too expensive for the way the staff behave like a motel 6

Liked: Staff was amazing. The decor was nice. Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The room was VERY small!! Better for just 2 people, not the 4 we had. Barely a window. The shade was broken. They tried to fix it but that didn't work.

Disliked: Room dining service I had to chase up as it could work bettter with service

Disliked: For the price it was a bit worn. The hair dryer didn’t work. The bathroom sink taps were not in great working condition. It was nice enough but I won’t be back.

Liked: I liked the bed. It was comfortable.
Disliked: The moment we walk through the doors there was music so loud I thought we walked into a club, the girl behind the counter could barely hear me and ended up charging me for a room that I had already paid for. Plus they took $125 off my card without even explaining to me what it was. Also valet parking for the night was 65 but that was okay. The room was very small and for the price that I paid for it I understand that I just paid for location. But there was barely enough room for the two beds. There was no actual desk in the room. There was no lamp on the middle table which was kind of a joke of a table. It was extremely noisy. When any door on the hall closed you could hear it rattle your own door. The next morning when my boyfriend took a shower the entire bathroom flooded because the shower is not installed correctly. place might look nice online but it is nothing like what I thought!!! I was charged for the room like I said, after I had already paid for it on booking.com . I saw the charge come out of my account over a month before . If it hadn't sounded like a club when I walked in the door she might have heard me . It was just an awful place for the price that I paid . Location was all they had going for them. I paid nearly $500 for this room and I will never ever do it again. There are many nicer hotels downtown in Nashville. You guys need to step it up

Liked: Location was brilliant.
Disliked: Like all central hotels all those extra different taxes that are added on nor the $600 incidental fee they took from me which won’t be repaid for 10 days as there card machines were playing up!
