Beautiful establishment with awesome accommodating...

Liked: Very nice old building turned hotel. Excellent facilities and staff. I didn’t eat or drink on the facility due to the weekend I stayed.
Disliked: The hot water takes a very long time to get to the sinks and shower, any time of day or night, and I was on a lower floor. I as well wish the mini bar refrigerator was able to be turned down by customer.

A stylish convenient hotel in...

Liked: The hotel is stylish and a great location for downtown Nashville close to the bars and restaurants but quiet and safe at night. Shower pressure was great, bed really comfy and staff helpful.
Disliked: We caught our shins on the sharp corners of a bedframe a few times but otherwise no issues.

Dream hyatt was a dream...

Liked: Beds incredibly comfy, location for the CMA festival perfect, great help from Cameron and Clayton, air conditioning helped immensely on sultry days. Fun bar area tall ceilings for cool experience, black out curtains great
Disliked: I would have loved for breakfast to be included but I knew this before we went. No business center (I was looking for a computer but my phone did it all -- i just like computers)

Service the way it should...

Liked: The staff was excellent and so accommodating. They made us feel welcome and cared for. The beds were really comfortable and bedding was soft and great quality. Loved the proximity to EVERYTHING we wanted to do, but far enough from broadway to get away from the chaos. I was really happy with the location. Great restaurants steps from the hotel, wonderful coffee served and friendly atmosphere all through . We will stay here in the future.
Disliked: Limited menu at the restaurant, but what they had was good. The climb from broadway to the hotel worked us out- which also was a positive.
