Overall a great experience.

Liked: Great location. Staff was courteous and very attentive. Rooms were clean and very modern. Will definitely stay again.

Nice location & staff but...

Liked: Good location, just minutes away from Central Park and Broadway. The staff was really nice and professional. Bed was very comfortable
Disliked: There was no coffee machine in the room. Any other hotel I've been too at least had a Keurig. Also no trash bags in the trash cans and not even a pen and paper. Those are basics I'd expect from a hotel that charges a resort few. There are no curtains so even with the blinds closed it was so bright at night it was hard to sleep. The bottle of shower gel was empty when we arrived.

Liked: Location was great, staff was great - However, housekeeping was EXTREMELY LOUD! They did not respect guests privacy and would knock on the door even though he do not disturb sign was on to see when they could come in to clean.
