Great place without breaking the...

Liked: The location was good. A quick Uber to Old San Juan and the cruise port. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Helpful staff. They have sunblock, towels, coolers, etc that you can take to the beach. The rooftop area is a great place to relax. There is even a bathroom up there. There were restaurants within walkable distance and a great coffee shop close by.
Disliked: There was very little space in the bathroom to put toiletries.

Liked: Andrea was very very pleasant and helpful when we asked best places to go and how to get there. Gave us lots of great ideas. Great location to walk to restaurant and beach. Roof top deck was very nice. Let us keep our luggage there after ck out and sit and relax in lobby or roof top area waiting to board ship. Our flight was delayed by 8 hrs but when i called to explain they had a self ck in process for late nite that worked well and took stress off an already stressful day. Loved our 2 nite stay.
Disliked: The street was busy and some cars and motorcycles were quite loud.
