Disliked: The rooftop bar was so noisy! We could hear the loud music until after 2am.

Liked: I liked the fact that Chelsea market was right across the street
Disliked: The reception staff the women in particular were rude and lacked complete guest relations etiquette as is a pre requisite in the hotel industry. If I recall correctly her name was Jessica. I didn?t get the name of the other receptionist at the front desk but she was tall and blonde. I mean really if guys are frustrated with your lives and the job you are in then this is not the job for you. People who stay at hotels come there for a pleasant experience and that is certainly not what I felt from these women. The hostility and the level of rudeness was on a whole new level of cocky for lack of a bette word. They need to be trained on positivity how to be warm and smile after all you are the face of the hotel when someone first checks in and the face that bids goodbye when guests check out. Tsk tsk if only they had behaved correctly I would have given the hotel better review.

Disliked: Elevator issues,clubs all over, nothing complementary, terrible value

Disliked: Small room. Unacceptably noisy until 3am. Night club, not a hotel

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the toiletries were top line.
Disliked: Very loud - party hotel. Floor above ours was leaking into our room. Extra fee not included in price was going to be charged, had to talk to a manager (was not incidentals, was a use charge).

Liked: The staff is just great. The hotel was very clean. Location is good.
Disliked: Like all New York hotels the rooms are small. It would be nice if they had a gift store. I had to walk to CVS for items

Liked: Location.
Disliked: Furniture is old. The bed is the most uncomfortable thing ever. Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything both from your neighbors and from the hallway. Lobby loud an ridiculous. Location is great but def. not worth it.

Exceptional

Disliked: A little awkward when you are sharing the room with a coworker and the bathroom walls are frosted glass.
