The worst ever, never again....

Liked: NOTHING AT ALL.
Disliked: This was the worst experience ever. It was my one year anniversary, and this hotel ruined it. Now me and wife are not speaking to each other. The management was unprofessional and so rude. I wish I had never stayed in this hotel. They charged me for a night that I did not stay. They tried to charge us for the mini bar which we never used. Thankfully, I had to get my credit card company to go after them for a refund. Do not stay at this property, especially if you want to impress your spouse. We originally celebrated in Hawaii, thank God that I made that decision early, if not I would be getting a divorce. We missed our $1,000 reservation at the best restaurant in NYC due to this hotel. The saddest part is the hotel manager should no concern for what happened

Liked: I liked the size of the room, comfort of the bed and the hotel location
Disliked: The hotel hallways and rooms are in great need to a complete renovation. The hallway carpets and wallpaper are ripped, both chairs in our room were broken, the built in white noise machine (to help cover the noise of the nightlife at the hotel as well as on the busy streets below) was also broken, and our bathroom hadn't been fully cleaned because we found what appeared to be the last guests fruit label stickers stuck to the wall.

Disliked: There was a club on the roof going until 4am on a Wednesday. I slept very little and had to work the next day.

Disliked: The bathroom lacked some privacy, since the bathroom door wasn’t truly a door and had an open feature in the door itself which deprived the user of any sort of privacy or discretion.
