Disliked: Noise until 5 am Poor glass door sound proof Checked in 6 amTook the money they said they will contact when the room ready No one contacted until 3.30 pmThen I walked in to get the key They said short staff Couldn’t sleep until 5 am very high out side noise though glass door Complaint to front desk No apologies

I would not stay here...

Disliked: I just feel that it was so overpriced. The pictures for sure look better than the location. The TV comes from the ceiling, but it’s really small. Then there were wires hanging out. I am fine with spending money when the experience is top notch and this just wasn’t what I expected spending over $400 per night. Like it was ok. My friend agreed.

Liked: Downtown Location, walkable to great (restaurants + shopping) Chelsea Market, Meatpacking district, PHD rooftop lounge, TAO and the overall hotel decor.

Liked: Large room for NYC standards, a comfortable stay for our family of 4 in two queen beds (usually booking separate rooms for teen daughters so I was a bit sceptical about sharing).Fun neighbourhood with Chelsea Market literally at our feet. Very close to subwayReasonable price for NY standards
Disliked: No coffee making facilities in room which I thought was substandard for 4* hotel.Noice from rooftop hardly noticeable in our floor but might be a problem higher up
