Awful experience

Liked: We booked as we was attending our son's wedding at the hotel so we had a lovely time as his wedding,how ever we had issues with the check in and with room
Disliked: When we went to check in we was told out booking had been cancelled,I showed my booking.com app,but they couldn't log in to Drayton manor account with booking.com.40 mins it took to log in,then when we get to our room we only had 1 bed made up when we had booked a family room.Bedding on bed was stained,rubbish was left in bin and off milk in the fridge upon reporting to reception they said they would tell the cleaners.No one came up.We had booked for 2 nights,on the morning then cleaner came into the room and packed away the fold out bed when my husband asked why they was doing that he went back to the room as cleaner was in,he was told the room had been booked for 1 person but it has been booked for 4.Rooms are run down and not worth the price,last time we stayed at Drayton manor hotel was 10 years ago,in that time it has become run down,it needs refurbishment.We have stayed at Chessington hotel and that is cheaper and much better than drayton manor,the fold our sofa for kids is awful.Travel lodge's are just as luxurious and cleaner more comfortable and cheaper

Great spot with kids if...

Liked: We enjoyed the proximal to the theme park, the staff and the mini golf
Disliked: Breakfast was vey limited on fruit and kids options such as pancakes.

Liked: No complaints at all only stayed one night for work . Quiet and comfortable. Nice room.Would have been different when the theme park was open in terms of being busy I guess
