Liked: It was centrally located, updated and the staff was very nice.
Disliked: I found a cockroach in the bathroom. The shower/parlor are separated from the room with the toilet… pretty uncomfortable situation… it’s just an odd layout. And then the parlor/shower with sink has a mirror…. The door slams shut and is very heavy. Impossible to breathe or get ready in there after taking a shower, it’s claustrophobic. They should give you something to prop the door open. I paid for a suite to have a larger room…. But that does not mean to disregard a good layout of a room that is comforting.

Disliked: If I had shared the room, I would not have liked that the bathroom toilet door is clear glass, and that the modesty curtain fitted around the glass of the shower part doesn’t go as far as covering the bathroom toilet door

Disliked: Works in street outside, dreadful sewerage smell sewerage smell through the reception/bar/breakfast area Room Safe was floor level so had to lay on the floor to operate it ( in our 2nd room) Breakfast buffet was very poor considering paying almost AUD$1,000 per night Fruit salad not fresh, scrambled eggs run out & not replenished on 2 days of our 3 night stay No bacon on 2nd day 3rd day ate breakfast elsewhere Asked Young man on night duty to book another 2 nights & he said fully booked, looked online & found a room at the Drawing Hotel, so booked it ( we had to move rooms - he was too to lazy make the booking)

Quality experience, design, not baroc.

Liked: Excellent spacious room and bathroom. Super location for tourism. Nice theme of ‘drawing.’
Disliked: A bit expensive. Less expensive good options do exist.

Quite pleasant- great location.

Liked: Room was good, would have liked a full length closet space to hang dresses. Bathroom was modern. Location was terrific. Staff were lovely. They were always trying to be helpful.
Disliked: I asked 3 times for my bed light to work independently and not have to turn on all the lights to do so but it was never fixed. There’s a smell in the lobby-!like sewage. Not too strong but there. I was charged 73 euros to clean a dress and slacks. I found that exhorbitant. Shower not strong enough.

Liked: Excellent location a stone's throw away from Palais Royal and the Louvre, the room was comfortable
Disliked: The person at the front desk was not very friendly or helpful. The light in the hallway of my room kept switching on and off by itself. I reported it to the front desk. They said they fixed it but never did.

Big rooms and good location

Liked: Great location, nice staff, unique and fun art. The rooms are large.
Disliked: Wished coffee in the lobby was free for guests
