Drakes is a luxury boutique hotel on Brighton's seafront overlooking the Brighton Palace Pier. It offers unique 4-star accommodations and has a fine-dining restaurant and vibrant cocktail bar. The fully air-conditioned rooms have a flat-screen TV with Sky channels along with free WiFi. The 'Vi Spring' beds have Egyptian cotton sheets velvet throws and goose or duck-down bedding. Relaxing enjoyable stay

Liked: Clean, friendly staff and room has lovely touches
Disliked: Just the stairs to our room! Need to get fit. Would have loved a lift but it would spoil the character

Beautiful room, hotel and lovely...

Liked: The bath was lovely with a lovely view
Disliked: The stairs, was a bit of a pain getting luggage up to the top floor.

A little bit of luxury...

Liked: Staff went the extra mile & were friendly & welcoming.Nothing was too much trouble. Bedding was gorgeous. Loved the biscuits in room. This hotel is clearly a labour of love for the manager & is very well maintained.
Disliked: No fridge/mini-bar in room.Unfortunately no lifts & not disability friendly in terms of the hotel's design. However the staff did their best to assist me.
