Liked: Located on the seafront in the Kempton area meant we were only a 12 minute walk from the pier but situated away from the crowds in the buzzy environs of Kempton
Disliked: Authentic , slightly understated , comfortable

Liked: Just everything.. from the front house to the cleaner… fabulous hotel & staff will definitely be returning

Liked: We loved the location, the bed was so comfy, loved the bath and toiletries and home made biscuits.
Disliked: We were dissapointed we didn't have a sea view for the money.

Liked: Beautiful property located on seafront right by the pier. Staff very friendly. Rooms well styled with lovely baths and wonderful views. Very clean and excellent breakfast included!
Disliked: The rooms were a tad small, which we didn’t mind personally, however for the price per night per room plus the parking fee, this could be viewed as on the expensive side.

Liked: Very friendly staff, couldn’t do enough for you, bed was so comfortable, room was lovely and clean with a perfect view
Disliked: Walking up stairs with my bad knees to the 3rd floor as no lift
