Liked: Nicely renovated small hotel in 1st row seaside location close to the Pier.
Disliked: The disadvantage of the pretty 1st row seaside location is the noise. Old single layer windows could do with an upgrade.

Room was not as expected..

Liked: Nice server in the restaurant for breakfast and the receptionist during day time. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The hotel overall is very tired. The photos online were misleading. We booked this hotel specifically as we wanted to getaway from busy London and expected a superb room with a sea view (the view was indeed nice but there was too much noise from the street too). Our room was not too clean (dusty) has chipped furnitures, the curtain was falling off, sofas were itchy because the feathers were sticking out. It was quite uncomfortable staying in that room, we almost changed hotels last minute but since it was already too late at night, we just decided to stay.
