Pleasant and comfortable stay.

Liked: Spacious bar and dining area. Good breakfast. Friendly, helpful, and welcoming staff. Comfortable bed and a nice shower. Good sized TV.
Disliked: Nothing at all.

Liked: Stayed here a few times in last 6 months.Being refurbished presently.Large bar and restaurant area but pricey drinks. London prices in Kings Lynn! Good location for main road routes.Strange to have someone always at Reception but you have to use a machine to self-check-in. Bizarrely, they have to show you how to do it, too! In this process you have to present a credit card to take a £1 charge for incidental breakages???Then the machine produce your room card. Then you have to register your car in another machine to avoid a ticket but the NR (Non- Receptionist) did not explain that this was necessary. I even had to ask how long this was valid: 24hrs.A receptionist could complete these tasks in moments!?!? What are they paid for?
Disliked: See above!Also no Internet at all whilst there. When I questioned the Non-Receptionist, she said it was beamed from HQ and I only came on an hour ago and I don't know how to deal with this problem. Hopeless.Otherwise cheap and cheerful.

Liked: The breakfast was okay.The room was okay.The evening meal did not sit well at all and I was physically sick after
Disliked: The evening meal. I could not finish it due to taste. The oil used to cook with smelt rancid on the food.

Adequate room for short stays

Liked: Bed comfortableTv, shower and facilities all good. Shower very goodDid not have breakfast as we were out for lunch and dinner
Disliked: Room decor very darkBath not used as it was far too small - you would be better to take the bath out and have a longer shower area.Doors in the corridor very noisy when shut - perhaps you could adjust the closing mechanisms?

Short but enjoyable stay.

Liked: Lovely room with bath as well as shower. Large and comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Convenient location for Kings Lynn within walking distance and on ring road so easy to arrive and leave without needing to drive into town centre.
Disliked: No problems.
