Liked: Breakfast okay but no facility for fried eggs
Disliked: Location outside town on industrial estate and near an extremely busy large roundabout. No bedside lighting in room.

Liked: Cannot fault the hotel, great location for our trip to Sandringham and all staff that day were extremely helpful in giving us advice and directions to the venue and also called a taxi which they knew would be quicker. Food was very nice, the hotel appeared very clean and the room and bed very comfortable

Liked: Nice room. Very quiet at night. Ground floor as requested. Very good cleanliness.
Disliked: Very disappointing not to have room serviced. Bin overflowing, dirty cups. Felt it was a cynical cost cutting exercise. Spoilt the overall experience which otherwise was very good. Ne er experienced this policy anywhere else. 5 day policy? Very poor.

Disliked: wifi in the room!!!! we stayed in 117 wifi poor in patches. Lighting not good, very dark, despite having all the lights on.Breakfast was average for the price of the nightly stay.Although very nice, little option with the breakfast, was not a full english, was just scrambled egg, bacon beans, sausage toast but there was other options. would definitely stay there again.
