Very good

Liked: The shower was better than any other hotel shower I’ve used! Room was comfortable and clean
Disliked: The breakfast was a bit basic but good enough for a short stay

Liked: Great location, food was amazing and good value and lovely staff
Disliked: A fridge in the room would have been handy

Bloody awful !

Liked: Everything The bed was uncomfortable And the breakfast was poor - came down before 9 am and no food or plates left. The receptionist disappeared with Jo where to be found so we could not ask anyone for plates etc.I would not recommend.
Disliked: Everything and not worth my the money I paid for room and lack of service, bad atmosphere, unhelpful staff with low morale. A disaster waiting to happen. The staff need training on how to communicate and they then require more support.

Liked: Staff were somewhat supportive.
Disliked: The hot food was a big let down. Too basic to a fault. There was no provision for simple hash browns to go with the meals. There was no consideration for vegetarians (no vegan sausages or vegan bacon) No option of eggs other than scrambled eggs. I was limited with the choices and truly appalled by it.

Good value for the money

Liked: The breakfast was good a good variety although you need to get there early as when it’s gone it’s gone!
Disliked: Says there is a hairdryer and there isn’t! Asked twice at reception and never got one!

Unclean and restless

Liked: The location
Disliked: My room wasn’t clean at all, lots of noise around the property which did not allow me to have a good rest at all

Disliked: Only one member of staff in restaurant with food shortage from time to time.This member of staff worked hard and was polite.
