Liked: Food good value. Staff very helpful when requested a room change
Disliked: First room was too cold, window would not fully close and could not get electric radiator to work. Second room tv picture was poor, not watchable. Not needed so didn't report until check out

Liked: Really good location. Bed was comfortable. Very peaceful despite being near a main road. Staff are friendly. Food was good.
Disliked: Room needs a toilet brush. Soft shell tacho should come with a warning that it is very spicy.

This is incredibly budget, and...

Liked: The property was well located. Although it’s near the lake, the initial photograph is well positioned to make it look nicer than it is.
Disliked: The room wasn’t the best, the door latch didn’t automatically release so we had to lock the door every time we entered the room, the decor could do with a lick of paint, the curtains were ripped and had stains. Although the room had been cleaned, it was very dusty, there were visible damp patches and cracks in the ceiling. The rooms didn’t have aircon or heating and there was no main light. When checking in only one staff member was working in the bar area. For breakfast, the food was awful- the eggs were watery, the sausages dry and the bacon cold. There wasn’t any juice left, the coffee machine was broken and just generally there was a lack of food at the ‘buffet’.
