We enjoyed our break and...

Liked: It was very clean. The food was reasonable and good. Every member of staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They are a great team.
Disliked: Most rooms are accessed by stairs. This proves difficult for people with limited mobility. Also lots of workers stay during the week and there is a lot of door slamming when they leave their rooms early morning.

Liked: The food was very poor. The breakfast was disappointing.
Disliked: The food . The bath was dangerous. There was no bathmat Can imagine Serco taking over and filling it with illegals.

Disliked: Rooms need air con, and breakfast wasn't great.

Liked: Location to main road and not far from city centre.Insite bar, restaurant, outdoor seating.Rooms simple, clean and really good value for money

Disliked: Shower in bath. Difficult to get in and out of. No pow er outlet near mirror when using hair dryer
