Very good

Liked: Nice place, lovely garden and excellent location.
Disliked: Room was a bit small, only a shower attachment in the bath. Breakfast was below our expectations. Eggs Benedict was poorly prepared, eggs hard, bagel was inedible. Had to ask for maple syrup with pancakes.

Liked: Friendly, helpful staff. Tasty evening meals and lovely breakfast. Ideally located with Superb views from garden.
Disliked: Room on small side ( with dog) but fine for short stay
