Beautiful house - improvements on...

Liked: The house itself is beautiful. Good location, free parking and a restaurant included. Spacious rooms with respect to the time the building is from.
Disliked: The potential of this place is great! Too bad that at check in we were not told that the restaurant (where we had reserved a table during booking) was not really open. So we could only order a main dish since the kitchen was closing (6.30pm!). That was a real shame as me and my wife were looking forward to a fun date night with an extensive dinner. When we explained that we only got the feedback there were no other possibilities. No sympathy whatsoever. If they would have told us at check in, we would have had the time to look for an alternative.Next to that we didn’t find the staff very welcoming. We missed the warm feeling we did get at other places we visited that week. Little things like asking how our breakfast is, talking to our daughter, explaining on check in that the next day the sewer would be cleaned so it can get smelly, etc.Maybe we caught them on a bad day, or maybe there are still some improvements to be done on hospitality. All in all, nice place, but up for improvements on hospitality part.

Liked: The staff were so friendly the hotel was spotlessly clean and breakfast was absolutely delicious
Disliked: There is nothing not to like it is all wonderful

Excellent central location. Comfortable room.

Liked: Warm welcome, excellent breakfast.
Disliked: We stayed in the hotel itself and it was very noisy in the morning from 6:00am with staff arriving.

Liked: At midnight me key fob did not work so I could not exit the building to collect my food order. Secondly I was uncomfortable with fact I felt trapped inside hotel.
